per night is for the Villa (not per person).

The price is secured once you pay the 20% deposit.

Extra Fees
There is a charge for
Pool Heating of £15 per day.
(this is recommended between October and April)

Refundable damage deposit of £250
is required with every booking and is refunded once our Management Company has checked the property after you check out.
This is only kept on rare occasions when something has been
broken or damaged.
The Villa is always checked before arrival and after each guests checks
out so if there is anything stolen then the deposit will be kept.
We only ask for you to treat our Villa like you would
look after your own property.

Minimum stay is 7 nights
It is a no Smoking Villa and
we do not accept Pets.
​
We accept payment via a Bank Transfer from a
UK Bank Account.
​
20% deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance is due 10 weeks before check in.
