Welcome to Oleander Villa, our luxury 4 bedroom villa with private pool.

The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed, large wardrobe and a flat screen TV. It shares a bathroom with the 4th bedroom.
Our 4th bedroom has twin beds and a wardrobe. There is also a flat screen TV. This room shares the bathroom with the 3rd bedroom.
Pool Heating can be provided, it is an additional fee and is recommended between October and May.
The Swimming Pool is west facing so there is sunshine on the pool all the afternoon and into the evening.
Pool light is really nice to have on during the evening when have a Take-Away meal.

This is great for the kids to enjoy whether they decide to play on the football or pool table.
The Lounge area has 3 large sofas plus a large flat screen cable TV.
The lounge and dining area are part of the open plan area, making it very spacious and light feeling.
The entrance leads into an open plan area with bedrooms off around the sides.
The lounge has 3 large sofas for all the guests to relax on after a day at the attractions.

The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and perfect for times when you want to eat indoors.
When you enter Oleander Villa, you will see the dining area and catch a first glimpse of the pool.

Our kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare breakfast or a full evening meal.
There is a smaller table next to the kitchen for more casual meals.
The morning sun will shine on the Porch, have your first cup of tea or coffee sitting watching the sun rise.
Oleander Villa is located in Lake Wilson Preserve, it is a quiet community.
Lake Wilson Preserve is less than 10 miles for Disney.
There are 96 properties on Lake Wilson Preserve, it is a safe community with CCTV cameras on every street corner.
You can see the community from above and see that there is a nice distance between each villa and the pool is a good size.
